Community College is Free. So is a GED®!
A High school diploma / GED® are required for higher education

(Clinton, CT)- According to the Connecticut Department of Labor, 142,300 people are unemployed in our state. These historic levels of joblessness are leading many to consider higher education, particularly due to the PACT program, which allows Connecticut residents to attend community college tuition-free.
For those without a high school diploma, the first step towards a career with benefits and a competitive salary is to contact Shoreline Adult Education. We offer 3 program options with flexible hours: the General Education Development (GED®), High School Credit Diploma (CDP), and the National External Diploma Program (NEDP).
