UPDATE: The dog has been returned to its owner, according to the animal control.
CLINTON, CT — The Clinton Animal Control is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog (pictured), a female Shar Pei / Vizsla mix, was found roaming in the area of West Shore Drive / Nod Road.
