Music Together® is an internationally recognized early childhood music and movement program for children birth through age seven. Music Together offers programs for families; schools; at-risk populations; and children with special needs, in over 2000 communities in 40 countries around the world. The Music Together curriculum is based on the recognition that all children are musical: all children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate with confidence in the music of our culture, provided that their early environment supports such learning.
“Playing and doing music in our rich environment brings out and nurtures children’s inborn capabilities to respond to and make music, even as babies. The program helps develop bonds between parents, siblings, caregivers, and other members of the extended family. Plus, because music-learning supports all learning, Music Together also fosters children’s growth in other key developmental areas, including cognitive, language, physical, and socio-emotional. It is incredible to be a part of this in our community,” Anastasia Jankowski observes.
