The works of local artist Sylvia Bicki will be on display March 1 through March 31, 2020 at Henry Carter Hull Library, 10 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton. Her exhibit comprises several textile portraits displayed throughout the library. They include juried selections displayed at Slater Memorial Museum and New Britain Museum of American Art.
