Old Saybrook Industrial Space Leased To Upholstery Business

Sunnyside Marine Upholstery has struck a deal to lease a space in Old Saybrook.

OLD SAYBROOK, CT – Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and Chair of Pearce Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Richard Lombardo of the Milford Pearce Commercial office has leased 4,200 sf of space at 167 Elm Street in Old Saybrook to Sunnyside Marine Upholstery.

The tenant was previously located on Railroad Avenue in Chester CT. Their new location is in a former 31,000 sf industrial manufacturing building managed by Fernwood Realty, the owners. Sunnyside Marine Upholstery specializes in all forms of custom design for replacement or new applications in the marine boating industry.

Their new location was the former site of Pye Hogan Industrial Manufacturing plant. Mr. Lombardo represented both the Landlord, Fernwood Realty, and the tenant Sunnyside Marine Upholstery.
