Liv's Oyster Bar wrote in a Facebook post: "Unfortunately, despite our strict precautions, one of our employees has been exposed to a person that tested positive. They received word from that individual on Thursday morning. They then immediately went for a rapid covid test that resulted in a positive result. They notified the management at Liv's Oyster Bar. This person had limited contact with customers and staff based on the guidelines for transmission. The employee did not have any symptoms and still does not have any symptoms."
The restaurant has contacted the local health department and maintained consistency with state and federal regulations. Liv's Oyster Bar will undergo a deep cleaning and disinfecting.
