Popular Kids, Family Band Coming To Clinton Summer Concert Series

CLINTON, CT — (Contributed article): The Michael B. Ierardi, Jr. Memorial Fund Summer Concert series presented by the Clinton Chamber of Commerce, will present a special kids and family concert — Sunny Train Band — on Thursday, Aug. 8. The concert is from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Vece Gazebo on the Pierson School Lawn at 75 East Main Street. Bring along a blanket, beach chair and picnic supper; feel free to get up and dance.

Everyone loves this family favorite rockin' railroad band! Sunny Train is a talented group of professional musicians and educators dedicated to providing the highest quality of interactive family music entertainment for all ages. Kids and grown-ups alike adore their toe-tapping happy harmony filled original songs and catchy jams.

In conjunction with Sunny Train, we will be having the food truck, Food Extrovert (specializes in mac & cheese and grilled cheese) and representatives from the Henry Carter Hull Library on hand for this concert.

The evening’s concert is also sponsored by Red Barn Children’s Center, Clinton Insurance Center and Child & Adult Orthodontics.
