WDA is a certified DECD Dance Studio and safely reopened on June 22. We use the latest prevention methods including: Air Purification, Enhanced Ventilation, Distance Markers, Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols that Exceed Guidelines, Wellness Checks, Limited Class Sizes, Mask Protocols, Hand Sanitizer in Every Classroom and Lobby, State of the Art Equipment for our In Studio and Virtual Learners.

In Studio, Virtual, Hybrid, and One on One options available.

A few of the organizations WDA is a member of are: Dance Educators of America, International Dance Entrepreneurs Association, Star Dance Alliance Circle of Excellence, and Acrobatic Arts.

In 2020 we persevered. We zoomed, we returned, we had picture day, and we had great outdoor shows. And it was all done using our new safety protocols – we know that we can still continue to deliver to every student a complete dance education and great dance experience. This was in the beginning, is, and will always be our goal.

We are excited about 2020/2021 at Westbrook Dance Academy, here are a few additions to our award winning curriculum.

- WDA is Acrobatic Arts Certified! – Our Acro Classes follow Acrobatic Arts curriculum. Acrobatic Arts is a comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls to the advanced dancer tumbling across the stage!

- Musical Theater Comes To WDA! – Amanda Leigh-Lupacchino! will be teaching our Musical Theater Workshops in the Summer and Fall. Amanda has a vast amount of performance experience locally, nationally, and in New York City. Her bio can be found at westbrookdanceacademy.com.

- Performance At Walt Disney World – WDA to perform at Walt Disney World July 5-9, 2021. More details to come!

The sooner you register the better, as we had some classes sellout last year, and due to guidelines class sizes will be limited. Don’t know what classes to take? No problem. Register to hold your spot, and then call, and send us an email to finalize your choices. And as always, students are always welcome to try classes at WDA (space permitting).
