2019 Maserati Stolen In Darien; 2 Other Vehicles Burglarized: PD
The luxury SUV was reported stolen on July 29.
DARIEN, CT — A 2019 Maserati Levante SUV was reported stolen from a home on Old Kings Highway South in Darien on July 29, according to Darien police.
The luxury SUV was taken at some point during the overnight hours, and while the owner said he still had the main set of keys, another spare set may have been in the vehicle when it was taken, police said.
Early the same morning, two vehicles parked at a home on Beach Drive were burglarized, according to police.

Officers were called to the area of Salt Box Lane and the Post Road at about 6:30 a.m. on a report of two men seen breaking into a vehicle.
When an officer arrived, he saw two men walking nearby on Beach Drive, and when he tried to approach them, the two ran off. The officer briefly chased them, but they got away.

Another officer then found a 2012 Infiniti G37 and a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck had been burglarized. Phone charges and associated wires were taken from the Infiniti, police said.
