The doughnut shop has been a favorite of commuters, landscapers and others, but will close after nearly 30 years in business.

DARIEN, CT — Darien Doughnut announced that it will close Aug. 25 after nearly 30 years in business.

The business urged customers to use up gift cards before it closes permanently.
