Garbage Truck Crashes Into Utility Pole In Darien: Police
The incident occurred Wednesday morning on the Post Road.

DARIEN, CT — A garbage truck crashed into a utility pole on the Post Road in Darien on Wednesday morning, sparking a small fire, according to police.
The extent of any injuries was not disclosed, but EMS personnel from both Darien and Stamford responded to the scene in the 1000 block of the Post Road.
Additionally, a crew from Eversource also is on-site dealing with downed wires.
