Road Reopens In Darien Following Flooding: UPDATE
Police said a portion of the road was temporarily closed due to flooding from the storm impacting the area.
Update: Police said around 5 p.m. Post Road at Tokeneke Road has reopened, as the previous flooded condition has subsided.
DARIEN, CT — The Post Rd (Rt. 1) near the intersection with Tokeneke Road in Darien is temporarily closed Thursday afternoon due to flooding from the storm impacting the area, according to police.
Police asked residents on Twitter to please seek out alternate routes.
