Storm Knocks Down Trees, Branches In Darien: Police
Some roads are temporarily closed as a result of Tuesday afternoon's storm.

DARIEN, CT — Darien police are warning residents that some roads have been closed temporarily due to Tuesday's storm, which has knocked down trees and branches in town.
Trees and large branches have fallen across town, severing power lines and closing roads. Please avoid any unnecessary travel and stay away from downed trees and wires. This storm continues to impact our area

As of 5:47 p.m., Eversource reported only 15 Darien customers were without power, but other area towns are experiencing more outages.
