Tip a Darien Police Officer and Benefit Special Olympics at Darien Social

Darien police officers will host a “Tip-A-Cop” event at Darien Social from 5 to 10 p.m., Thursday, May 14. The event is a fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut.

During the event, officers will help restaurant staff in taking orders and serving meals. At the end of the night, all tips the officers get will go to Special Olympics Connecticut to support its year-round sports, health and fitness programs for athletes of all abilities.
