REGISTER NOW - Class of 2021 - Dedicated Pfizer COVID Vaccine Clinic for DHS

Dear Parents of the Class of 2021,

We are thrilled to announce, in collaboration with the Community Health Center (CHC), a Pfizer COVID vaccine clinic has been scheduled for Darien High School students. The registration is currently open to SENIOR students only.  We anticipate opening the registration link to all students over 16 years of age or older by next week. An update will be sent to families when the registration has been expanded. 

DARIEN HIGH SCHOOL PFIZER COVID VACCINE SCHEDULE:  

The first dose clinic will be held on May 1, 2021 from 1:00-4:00 pm and the second dose clinic will be held on May 22, 2021, 2021, from 1:00-4:00 at the Lord and Taylor vaccination site in Stamford. The appointment time selected for the first dose on May 1, 2021, will be the appointment time for the second dose on May 22, 2021.

Below is the registration link for your families and students to use for registration.  Individuals over 18  can self -register. For those, under 18 registration will require the consent of a parent or guardian.
