Deep River Resident Promoted to Partner at Halloran Sage
Deep River resident and attorney Ethan Ung has been admitted as a Partner at law firm, Halloran Sage.

The Connecticut-based law firm, Halloran Sage, is pleased to announce that Deep River resident and attorney Ethan Ung has been admitted as a Partner.
Ethan is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. He is a patent attorney, a former scientist, inventor, and co-author of numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications. He represents insurers and corporate clients, helping them manage risks, mitigate damages, and resolve a range of complex disputes involving claims in general liability, medical malpractice, and products liability. He also counsels startups and established businesses in protecting and enforcing a range of intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
With previous experience in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research, Ethan is familiar with preclinical and clinical development of pharmaceuticals, licensing agreements, supply agreements, and collaboration and co-promotion agreements.

Ethan earned a masterβs in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law; his JD, cum laude, and IP Law Certificate, with honors, from Quinnipiac University School of Law; and his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland College Park.
