ESSEX, CT — Notice of Public Hearing Essex Town Budget 2021-2022.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Finance of the Town of Essex, Connecticut, by authority granted under Governor’s Executive Orders 7B and 7I and 10E, will hold an in-person and remote access Public Hearing via Zoom Meeting, Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 7:30 pm to receive estimates and requests for expenditures of the Town of Essex for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, and to hear any and all persons who wish to be heard in regard to any appropriation they are desirous the Board should recommend or reject.

Those attending in person in the Essex Town Hall Auditorium must wear a mask and will be socially distanced.

Additionally, mark your calendar for the Region 4 Budget Referendum on May 4th from noon until 8 pm, and the Annual Budget Town Meeting on Monday, May 10th, at 7:30 pm.
