Failure to Appear
Elizabeth Reyes, 21, of 846 Capital Ave., Apt. 1F, Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear on Aug. 28 at 11:45 a.m. Her bail enforcement agent turned her over to police, who held her on a $10,000 surety bond.Â
