Hartford, Tolland and Windham Counties, congratulations you're going to see much less snow tomorrow than originally thought today. Yes, a Winter Storm Warning is still in effect for all three northern Connecticut counties but the snow accumulation estimates have been cut in half this afternoon.
This morning the best guess was 10 to 14 inches of snow in northern Connecticut and now it's been dropped to 5 to 10 inches of snow.
Snow may not begin until after 1 p.m. Wednesday and ends by midnight.

Here's why we're slicing totals for some - a big trend showing much drier air 5kft above our heads holding on. Means a very sharp gradient between snow and no snow. pic.twitter.com/3oi0LU0N7C
