Farmington Arrests Include Breach of Peace, Operation While Under the Influence

July 27

Przemyslaw W. Szuszakiewicz, 24, of 90 Upton St. in New Britain, was charged with number of head lamps, operation while under the influence, and operation without carrying license after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Damian Hajduk, 37, of 8 Hemlock Notch in Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after being involved in a domestic disturbance with his wife. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Aidan Michael Moore, 21, of 19 Cliff Dr. in Avon, was charged with failure to respond/infraction on an active PRAWN warrant following a motor vehicle stop. He posted a $150 cash bond.

Ronald Scott Porter, 47, of 5832 Westfall Rd. in Lancaster, OH, was charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence after a motor vehicle stop.

Nathan Daniel Benvenuto, 28, of 45 Soucy Dr. in Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Alsharif Salam Bogar, 35, of 515 Stanley St. in New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence, operation under suspension, and multiple-beam road light requirements after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
