Farmington Arrests Include Possession of Narcotics, Breach of Peace

Aug. 4

Adam Lee Lacapra, 37, of 16 Quarry Fr. In Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after an incident at H&M in the Westfarms Mall. He posted a $1,000 bond.

Aug. 3

Matthew Robert Dadona, 34, of 594 Huckleberry Hill Rd. in Avon, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to obey stop sign, and operation while under the influence after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Maribel Alicea, 55, of 57 Columbia St., 2nd Floor in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. She was released on a summons and a $2,500 bond.

Marta Maldonado, 71, of 2380 Corbin Ave., 107 in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. She was released on a summons and a $2,500 bond.

Maria E. Arroyo, 22, of 55 Franklin Ave., Apt. 3 in Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear after she was arrested on an active PRAWN warrant following a motor vehicle stop. She was held on a $4,000 bond.



Aug. 2

Tyrell Markle Johnson, 25, of 58 Howe Rd. in New Britain was charged with second-degree breach of peace after being involved in a dispute with his girlfriend. He was released on a $2,500 bond.

Michael Anthony Ibscher, 22, of 139 Columbus Cir., B1 in East Hartford was charged with possession of narcotics after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Michael Stefanski, 19, of 71 Cedar Ter. In Portland, was charged with operation while under the influence and operation under the influence < age 21 after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Aug. 1

Mary Allison White, 46, of 33 Robin Rd. in Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, operation under suspension, and operation while under the influence after being involved in a physical altercation with her mother. She then drove from the scene, later returning while officers were present. She was released on a $2,500 bond.
