Farmington Arrests Include Prostitution, Possession of Narcotics

July 31
Kerry Page Scanlan, 19, of 96 Mallard Dr. in Avon, was charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Dalorian Dashay Simms, 26, of 126 Pleasant St., Apt. 2 in Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, failure to keep narcotic in original container, and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. At the time of her arrest, she was in possession of marijuana and some Percocet pills. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Tiffany M. Cruz, 26, of 50 Crescent St. in Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney at the Westfarms Mall. She was released on a summons and $5,000 bond.

July 30
Remy Katz, 18, of 10 Salisbury Way in Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment following a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Jordan Jackson, 19, of 103 Ellsworth Dr. in Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at H&M in the Westfarms Mall. He was released on a summons and $1,500 bond.
July 29
Karina Soto, 18, of 9 Wyllys St., Apt. C5 in Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall.
Joycelee Anett Ortiz-Maisonet, 22, of 76 Main St. in Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Rachel M. Cozzolino, 33, of 21 Imlay St. in Hartford, was charged with prostitution, credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, rec goods/serv obtained illegally, and third-degree identity theft after she was served with a habeas warrant while behind held at GA 14 lock-up on unrelated charges. The original case was in Feb. 2015.
July 28
Deborah H. Davis, 47, of 1589 Main St. in Hartford was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after she turned herself in on an active arrest warnt. She posted a $1,000 bond.
Josue Colon, 33, of 815 East. St. in New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive right, and under suspension alcohol after a motor vehicle stop. He was released on $1,500 bond.
