Farmington Arrests Include Violation of a Protective Order, Identity Theft

Daniel E. Oquendo, 38, of 20 Cabot St. in Hartford, has been charged with criminal violation of a standing protection order and criminal violation of a restraining order after he was picked up on an active arrest warrant. He was held on $50,000 bond.

Vincent J. Whiteley, 55, of 23 David Dr. in Southington, has been charged with third-degree identity theft, credit card theft, and illegal use of a credit card after he was served with a Habeas warrant while being held at Ga 14 on unrelated charges.

Brynn Rebecca Cox, 33, of 97 Constance Ln. in Bristol, has been charged with second degree breach of peace following a disturbance at the Little League fields in Farmington with her ex-boyfriend.

Christopher M. Pasquini, 41, of 101 Lake Garda Dr. in Unionville, has been charged with criminal violation of a protective order after he approached his wife’s car in a parking lot.

Dylan Parady, 21, of 437 Farmington Ave., Apt. 13 in Bristol, has been charged with violation of probation after turning himself in on an active PRAWN warrant.
Brenda Boggus, 50, of 194 Washington St., Apt. 416 in Hartford, has been charged with sixth-degree larceny after shoplifting at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall.
Carlos Ruben Natal, 49, of 505 Weir St. in Glastonbury, has been charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace after he turned himself in on an active arrest warrant.
Chantelle Watson-Williams, 31, of 13 Division St. in Bristol, has been charged with second-degree failure to appear after being arrested on an active PRAWN warrant.
