Farmington Community Needs Assessment Survey

Human Relations Commission needs your input to help make Farmington a more welcoming and inclusive place.

The Farmington Human Relations Commission is looking for input from the community about how to direct their programming to better serve Farmington and Unionville residents.

The Human Relations Commission is a diverse group of local professionals, with a mission to ensure equality and opportunity are available to all, without regard to economic status, disabilities, religion, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity.

Through a brief, 14-question survey, the Commission wants to hear how residents think Farmington could be a more welcoming, inclusive place to live and work. Please take an opportunity to share your thoughts and help shape cultural education and human rights programming for Farmington!
