Farmington High School Musicians Build Relationships in the Community
Student musicians share their talents providing community service in their community and across the state.
Farmington High School musicians perform in the community, sharing their talents with residents.
Recent performances include:
- A trio of singers performed for the West Hartford Stroll at Larsen's Ace Hardware.
- A group of wind and piano players performed at Middlewoods of Farmington.
- A group of vocalists performed at The Landing in Farmington.
- The Oriana Singers performed at the Hillstead Museum and Brookdale of Farmington.
- A string quartet performed the Hour of Code, a FHS Robotics event.
- A group of vocalists performed for the annual tree lighting service at St. Patrick's Church in Farmington.
- The Madrigal Singers performed at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford and the Rotary Club senior citizen luncheon at Farmington Garden Meadows.
The mission of the Farmington Public School's music program is to foster relationships with community organizations by sharing the talents of our students while building citizenship.
