Farmington Player Nabs 6-Figure Powerball Win

A six-figure Powerball win emerged from a lottery ticket sold in Farmington.

FARMINGTON, CT — A Powerball ticket purchased at a store in Farmington turned into a six-figure bonanza for a local player.

To begin the week, Farmington resident Friecka Baldwin cashed in the Powerball winner bought at the Cumberland Farms on Scott Swamp Road.

The win was worth a cool $100,000.
