Farmington Police Blotter: July 19-24, 2013

Operation While Under the Influence
Joann Marie Piccioli, of 510 Stafford Ave., Apt. 9B, Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence on July 24 at 12:48 a.m. Police released her on a $1,500 non-surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court on July 31.
Robbery
Matthew Steven Erazo, 29, of 944 Asylum Ave., Hartford, and Kassandra Marie Garcia, 20, of 107 Putnam St., Hartford, were both charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit those crimes on July 20 at 7:52 p.m. Police said that they fought with JC Penney loss prevention officials during a shoplifting incident at the store in Westfarms Mall in Farmington. Both were held on $2,500 surety bonds.
Failure to Appear
Micael S. Bizuneh, 24, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and sixth-degree larceny on July 19 at 11 a.m. Police said he is accused of burglarizing his father's home on Aug. 15, 2011. He was held on a $10,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 22.
He was subsequently charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court on July 20 for two separate cases. He was held on $5,000 and $1,500 cash bonds and was scheduled to appear in court on July 22.
