Farmington Police Blotter: July 4-July 10, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Operation While Under the Influence
Jessica Jeannette Lucey, 23, of 85 O'Donnell Rd., New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on July 5 at 3:27 a.m. Police stopped her on Meadow Road and issued her a $1,500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 17.Â
Jordan McClain Peck, 27, of 130 Red Oak Hill Rd., Farmington, was charged with operation while under the influence on July 7 at 3:12 a.m. Police stopped him at  the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Beech Street  and also cited him with a speeding violation. Police issued him a $1,500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on July 17.Â
Casey J. Nowak, 21, of 10 Trotters Gl, Farmington, was charged with operation while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia with less than half an ounce of marijuana on July 6 at 1:48 a.m. on Mountain Road. He was also cited with traveling unreasonably fast. Police issued him a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 17.Â
Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
Alexis Baptista Palais, 19, of 17 Hidden Oak Dr., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of a hallucinogen or less than four ounces of marijuana on July 4 at 9:10 a.m. Police found said that they found her in possession of alcohol and ecstasy after responding to a domestic disturbance at her home. She was released after posting a $5,000 surety bond.
Larceny
Dezmond Bonds, 22, of 48 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device on July 7 at 1:40 p.m. Police said they arrested him at Lord & Taylor at the West Farms Mall after reports of a shoplifting incident. Bonds was released after posting a $1,000 surety bond.Â
Breach of Peace
Neil Joseph Hollfelder, 53, of Route 202/Cotton Hill Road, New Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia with less than a half ounce of marijuana on July 5 at 9:24 a.m. after a police responded to a reported dispute with a neighbor. Police also cited him with operation under suspension and issued him with a $5,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 16.Â
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Maritza Sarabia, 22, of 44 Webster St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear for separate cases on arrest warrants and drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device in another incident on July 8 at 6:20 p.m. In the shoplifting case investigation, police found a syringe used to inject heroin in her possession, police said. Police arrested her at 500 South Road.  She was held when she was unable to post two $5,000 and one $2,500 surety bond. Sarabia was scheduled to appear in court on July 9.Â
