Farmington Police Blotter: June 24 - June 27, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.


June 25

Assault on a Police Officer, Burglary

Michael Kilduff, 20, 34 Sandybrook Drive, New Britain, and Louis Suarez, 23, 176 Winthrop St., New Britain, were both charged with two counts of third degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree larceny on June 25. Police said Kilduff and Suarez were seen driving up to a car, entering it and stealing a bag, then leaving at a high rate of speed. Farmington and New Britain police officers located them in New Britain. Suarez was taken into custody without incident. Kilduff was captured after a brief foot chase and the bag was recovered. Both are being held on $25,000 bond.

Thomas Frank Macri, 49, 106 Allen Ave., Apt. 183, Meriden, was charged with second degree failure to appear on June 25 along with third-degree assault, assault on a police officer, second-degree breach of peace, criminal mischief, evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, reckless driving and first-degree reckless endangerment. Farmington police said they stopped Macri for erratic operation and had him get out of his truck for DUI tests. He got out of the truck, but then ran back in started to pull away. Police said Macri began punching an officer who was trying to keep him from escaping. Macri then managed to get away and rammed one of the police cruisers before fleeing on I-84, police said. He was tracked to an address in Meriden where police found him in the basement. One officer received minor injuries and a cruiser was damaged. Macri is being held on $100,000 bond.

Louis M. Gonzalez, 48, 26 Nepaug St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on June 25. A warrant was served and Gonzalez posted $250 bond.

Daniel Belanger, 25, 123 Culvert St., Torrington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on June 25. He turned himself in on a warrant and was held on $2,500 bond.

Rachel Monet Dicks, 18, 271 Greenwich Ave., New Haven was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. She was arrested at Gilly Hicks in Westfarms mall and posted bond of $1,500.

June 27

Larceny

Alyssa, M. Dmytruk, 22, 100 Paul Spring Road, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on June 27. Police said she was accused of stealing from a relative's home in April. She turned herself in on a warrant and was being held on $2,500 bond.
