How did you come up with the name?
Our goal is to help clients achieve better posture and realignment through pilates based exercise and gentle chiropractic in order to achieve optimal health both physically and mentally.

Why start a business in this town?
My mom grew up in Farmington and my parents were married at St Patrick’s Church 43 years ago so I always loved this area. There have been many good memories .

Fitness and Wellness Industry
What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Our biggest challenge has been getting the word out that we are here in Farmington.
What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?
Our clients ,their success in gaining fitter healthier bodies and helping them get out of pain and live life in joy by adding pilates , posture correction and better nutrition into their lifestyles.
How does your business give back to the community?
We donate our services to events like the Children’s Hospital and UNICO.
