Farmington Store Sells $50,000 Scratch Game Jackpot Ticket
A Farmington store sold a top winner in a popular CT Lottery scratch game.

FARMINGTON, CT — A Farmington vendor has sold a top-prize-winning ticket in a popular CT Lottery scratch game.
On June 4, Luciano Parente, of Farmington, cashed in a ticket for the $50,000 jackpot in the Super Cashword 22 game.
He purchased the ticket at Valley Wines, located at 276 Scott Swamp Road in Farmington, CT Lottery officials said.

The ticket price for the scratch game is $5 and 17 $50,000 jackpot tickets were printed out of a total of 9,898,600 tickets in all.
The overall odds of winning anything in the game are 1 in 3.74, CT Lottery officials said.
