- Ronald Lee Wilson, 50, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault via a warrant.
- Michael Rios, 27, of Hartford, was charged after a traffic stop with driving while under suspension, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and a lane violation.
July 25
- Juan Laguer, 42, of New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny. He was arrested following a shoplifting incident at J.C. Penney, according to a report.
