FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Farmington police.

Aug. 21

• Kyle Talboom, 21, of West Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after a domestic incident.
• Brian Rich, 50, of Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a domestic incident.

Aug. 22

• Brian Rich, 50, of Farmington, was charged with violating conditions of release.
• Michael Santos, 37, was charged with evidence tampering and a related conspiracy and Ashley Barbero, 33, of Ludlow, MA, was charged with criminal attempt to commit evidence tampering and a related conspiracy.

Aug. 24

• Yender Salazar, 41, of Unionville, was charged with three counts of voyeurism on a warrant.
• Todd Balzano, 48, of Lawrence, NY, was charged with reckless driving and evading following an investigation into a disabled vehicle
