David Jonathan Olivo, 40, of Farmington, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child. He was arrested on a warrant.

Steven Perfito, 23, of Farmington, was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. The charges were related to an incident on Blemheim Terrace.

Marcell Marcano, 28, of New Britain, was charged with first-degree forgery and firth-degree larceny.

March 11

Michael Santos, 38, of Ludlow, MA, was charged with first-degree burglary and third-degree larceny on a warrant.

March 10

Kanjosky Manuel Cardona, 23, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree breach of peace, driving under the influence, reckless driving, interfering and third-degree assault. He was charged after a domestic incident.
