Otis Elevates Its PPE Donations
Farmington-based Otis Elevator Wednesday donated a large amount PPE equipment to Hartford schools.

FARMINGTON, CT — Employees from Farmington-based Otis Elevator's service center in Bloomfield Wednesday donated more than 5,000 pieces of personal protective equipment and other health and safety supplies to school in Hartford.
The PPE items include more than 400 bottles of sanitizer, 800 reusable cloth masks, 4,000 disposable masks and two infrared thermometers.
Taking part in the event were staff from the Otis Service Center, Principal Leanardo Watson of Hartford’s Thirman Milner Middle School and State Rep. Brandon McGee.

"We're glad to support these students and their education while helping to keep them, school staff and their families safe in these challenging times. This donation is an example of Otis’ commitment to doing our part to shape the world we live in," said Angelo Adams, senior director of service operations at the Otis Service Center.
