Police: Man Pawned Former Employer's Scrap Metal
Kurt Hurlburt, 38, of Collinsville, is facing a larceny charge.

A Collinsville man stole $430,000 in scrap metal from his former employer and pawned it for cash, police said.Â
Police arrested Kurt Hurlburt, 38, of 96 Torrington Ave., Collinsville, on Monday, Aug. 12 at 9:10 p.m. and charged him with first-degree larceny.
Hurlburt spent a year stealing the metal from his former place of employment, police said.Â
He was held on a $50,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 13.Â
