Police Release Names of Farmington Avenue Accident Victims
One victim remains in critical condition following the head-on collision on May 12.
As Farmington Police continue to investigate a serious car accident that shut down Rout 4 Monday, one victim remains in critical condition at Harford Hospital.
That victim, who was driving a white sedan, has been identified as Michael R. Carroll, 58, of Hartford.
The other victim, who was operating a pickup truck, has been identified as Randolph A. Morgan, 58, of Bristol. He was treated and released from Hartford Hospital, according to Farmington Police.

Emergency crews responded to the scene of the accident, on Farmington Avenue in the area of Mountain Spring Road, at about 10:30 a.m. on May 12 after receiving several 911 calls. Arriving officers found a white four-door sedan and tan pick-up truck with severe front end damage to both vehicles, police said.Â
The road was closed for several hours while police investigated. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the Farmington Police Department at 860-675-2400.
