Tunxis Holds Virtual College Planning Conference

Tunxis Community College will hold a Virtual College Planning Conference on May 19 from 9-11 a.m. Those interested in attending should sign up for the event in advance at tunxis.edu/planningconference.

All are welcome to attend the sessions, talk with college faculty and learn about Tunxis programs of study, transfer opportunities, financial aid and PACT—CT’s program for free community college.

Tunxis Community College offers more than 70 associate degree and certificate programs that prepare students for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs and employment in areas with industry need including advanced manufacturing, business administration, criminal justice, dental hygiene, early childhood education, energy management, engineering science, graphic design, and liberal arts and sciences. Many programs offer seamless transfer to the CT State Universities and guaranteed admission to the University of Connecticut. The college also has transfer agreements with private colleges and universities.
