FARMINGTON, CT - A section of Route 10 was closed after a tree came down and took wires with it in Monday's high winds.
State Department of Transporation officials reported the indicent at 1:33 p.m.
The tree fell between Aquaduct Lane and Farmington Avenue, DOT officials said.
