Former Home Of Major Company Sold In East Granby
An office building formerly housing a ticket resale company has been sold for $1.5 million.
EAST GRANBY, CT — The former home of ticket resale company StubHub has been sold for $1.5 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The 54,000-square-foot office at 2 Gateway Blvd. was sold to Development Associates, LLC of Agawam, MA on Dec. 31.
StubHub occupied the building's first floor for about a dozen years before moving its operations to Salt Lake City, UT in 2018.
