The Hometown Foundation Inc (hometownfoundation.org) is a non-profit charitable foundation established in 2002, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and their families in hometowns and surrounding communities where they operate. The Hometown Foundation sponsors the Annual Dream Ride Charity Fundraiser in August at the Farmington Polo Club.
