Jabberhead Agency, a full-service Digital Marketing Agency celebrates its five-year anniversary this month. The company was founded in 2016 by Connecticut native Janice Gucciardi.

After a 17-year career in digital strategic marketing and branding, mixed with a multimedia background, Janice launched Jabberhead, despite knowing that women business owners were still vastly underrepresented in the tech sector. According to a 2019 CIO.com article, women business owners in tech represent less than 13% of business owners in the industry.

An advocate of supporting food insecurity, Jabberhead’s business mission was created around it - taking action in the fight against hunger. Every time the agency attains a new social media customer, they donate four shopping bags of food to a local shelter.

Janice has always been an ardent advocate for women. She supports and mentor’s women who are re-entering the workforce and provides a flexible work environment to create a family-first culture at Jabberhead.
