Granby Moves Up In Latest Field Hockey Coaches Poll
The Bears have outscored opponents by a 42-6 margin this season.

GRANBY, CT — One of the most dominating regular season records in Connecticut field hockey history led to two-time defending Class L champion Staples High School being named first on all eight ballots in the most recent weekly coaches poll.
The Wreckers concluded the schedule with a 16-0 record, outscoring opponents by a whopping 94-5 margin, to earn the top nod for the fourth straight week. Cheshire, which also finished 16-0 with a 63-1 scoring differential, maintained its spot in second position, while Granby moved up two places into third.
Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other teams collecting votes.
