A Chance to Honor Your Favorite Granby Teacher

Nominations are being accepted for Granby Teacher of the Year.

Residents of the town of Granby and members of the school community are invited to nominate a Granby teacher for selection as the Granby Teacher of the Year. The teacher selected will represent the district for the 2013-2014 school year.

Tenured teachers who have not been previously selected for this honor will be considered. A nominee should be an exceptionally skilled and dedicated teacher. Nominees should exemplify best practices in the Granby Public Schools as well as be able to inspire the love of learning in their students.

The teacher selected will be honored in Granby and serve as Granby’s candidate for Connecticut State Teacher of the Year. Parents, students, peers, and all community members are encouraged to participate in the nominations.
