Local Growers, Musicians Featured on Food and Farm Podcast

A recent Connecticut Food and Farm Podcast features several local growers and musicians. 

A Farmer Incubator & The Growing Year in Review includes thoughts from from Tara Tranguch of Serafina Says Farm and Mitchel Colgan and Sarah Ellis of Colgan Farm. Both farms were part of the incubator farm program at Community Farm of Simsbury this past year. Tranguch also rented land from Bristol’s Farm in Canton.

Music on the show was provided by Poor Old Shine, which includes Farmington native and 2008 Kingswood-Oxford graduate Christopher Freeman and Antonio Alcorn of West Hartford.
