Southwest Adds Nonstop Flights to Atlanta

Bradley International Airport will add to its convenience Sunday when Southwest Airlines begins offering daily nonstop flights to Atlanta.

“…we are building on the strengths of Bradley International to make it more competitive and attractive to large airlines and capable of taking on more daily nonstop service to major destinations like Atlanta,” said Governor Dannel P. Malloy.

The addition also signifies Southwest’s confidence in Bradley, Malloy said. The airline is Bradley’ most popular, with 27 percent of the market share, according to a press release from the airport.
