StubHub to Relocate from East Granby Location

The ticket exchange giant will be moving its East Granby operation to Utah in the summer of 2018.

EAST GRANBY, CT — StubHub, an online ticket exchange owned by eBay, announced Tuesday it will be departing its East Granby location and relocating to Utah upon expiration of its lease in June 2018.

The company announced in a statement it had "made a strategic business decision to move the Center of Excellence for Customer Experience and Trust Operations to Salt Lake City" once its lease is up.

StubHub currently occupies the entire first floor of an office at 2 Gateway Boulevard. It has been located in East Granby for 12 years.

The statement reads:

After an extensive review of various location options, StubHub has made a strategic business decision to move our Center of Excellence for Customer Experience and Trust Operations to Salt Lake City when our lease in East Granby expires in June of 2018.

East Granby has been our North American hub for customer service for more than 12 years and we are grateful for all of the support we’ve received from the community.
