5 Different Teams Nab 1st-Place Votes In Girls Volleyball Poll

The first Connecticut high school girls volleyball coaches poll of the season has been released.

Five different teams received first-place votes in the initial high school girls volleyball coaches poll of the season. Greenwich led the way with 11 top nods, with Bristol Eastern named first on four ballots to place second.

Here are the top 10, with first-place votes in parentheses, as well as all other school collecting votes.

Also receiving votes: New Milford, Seymour, Naugatuck, Bristol Central, Conard, Prince Tech, Southington, Joel Barlow, Shelton, Amity.
