Greenwich Estate Sold At Record Price: Houlihan Lawrence
Houlihan Lawrence announced the sale of a beautiful Belle Haven peninsula waterfront estate.

GREENWICH, CT—Houlihan Lawrence announced on Monday the sale of 23 Smith Rd., "an extraordinary Belle Haven peninsula waterfront estate," which encompasses five-plus acres on a private road with an extensive 681 feet of shoreline on Greenwich Harbor.
The sale price was $27.75 million, which Houlihan Lawrence said was "the highest waterfront selling price this year in the Greenwich market."

According to the news release, the home was built in 1939 and designed by noted 20th century architects, Henry O. Chapman Jr. and Harold Beder. It was the original home of Oliver D. Mead.
"The residence, which was renovated and expanded to 8,100-plus square feet of beautifully scaled living space by current owners, showcases sophisticated interiors by the esteemed interior designers Cullman and Kravis of New York," the news release said.
