Greenwich Sidewalk Sales Days To Take Place July 8-11

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Sidewalk Sales, one of the most anticipated events of the year, will take place from Thursday, July 8 to Sunday, July 11.

Hours from Thursday through Saturday are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with Sunday hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce will present the shopping extravaganza, which celebrates central Greenwich retailers and encompasses four days of outdoor bargains. The event will feature almost 100 retail stairs who will present their bargains, sales and offers to outdoor shoppers.

"We ask everyone to come out and support our local retailers in central Greenwich. After a challenging year of COVID, retailers are anxious to get back to normal and invite shoppers to visit their stores to take advantage of the sales," said Chamber of Commerce President, Marcia O'Kane. "We encourage everyone to make this a full day outing and try some of the new restaurants in town as well. Wear comfortable shoes, bring your masks and be prepared for some great bargains. And, don’t forget to visit The Chamber’s Facebook page to see a preview of many of the sales.”
